Dabeez offers premium genuine leather footwear for men, including formal shoes, boots, Chelsea boots, loafers, sandals, and other leather footwear styles.
We make every effort to display product images, colours, descriptions, sizes, prices, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or natural differences in materials.
Since genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the leather’s character and are not considered defects.
All product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order, unless there is an error, technical issue, or incorrect listing.
In case of any pricing error, product information error, or technical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order and notify the customer.
5. Orders and Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other available communication method.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful order placement and/or confirmation from our side.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, especially in cases of incorrect details, unavailable products, suspicious activity, payment issues, repeated fake orders, or courier serviceability issues.
You agree to provide accurate and complete order details, including name, phone number, shipping address, size, and payment information. Dabeez will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Payments
We accept online payment methods such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, and other payment options made available on the website.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most serviceable locations across India.
For COD orders, Dabeez may collect an advance shipping charge at the time of order confirmation. The remaining product amount will be payable at the time of delivery.
Online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details.
If a payment fails, is declined, or is not completed successfully, the order may not be processed.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Dabeez offers delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location, courier service availability, and logistics conditions.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect address, customer unavailability, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Dabeez is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will try our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
8. Replacement, Returns, and Refunds
Dabeez follows a replacement-first policy.
Our replacement policy is valid for 3 days after delivery. Replacement requests may be accepted only in cases such as:
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery through call, WhatsApp, or email with their order details and issue details.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
An unboxing video may be required for claims related to damaged product, wrong product, missing item, or any delivery-related issue.
We do not offer general returns or refunds for personal preference, change of mind, dislike of colour/style after delivery, or used products.
Refunds may be provided only where applicable, such as when an order cannot be fulfilled, is cancelled by us, or where required under applicable law.

9. Cancellations
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Dabeez reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, incomplete details, suspicious activity, or courier serviceability issues.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Dabeez, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
